Filled out application online, received video interview invitation the next day, few days later I received an email asking me to schedule the group interview. When I clicked the link provided, message showed that all of the group interview were full. I reached out to the HR and recruiter Alex got back to me the same day offering the days that were available at different location or to stand by for the location I was applying for in case they have cancellations. Few weeks later Alex emailed me informing that in fact they have had cancellations and he has an opening for me. First 30 min of the group interview, Alex gave presentation about the Allegiant witch was pretty informative and relaxing. Then flight attendants introduced themselves and gave us little inside on what their job is all about.After that floor was open for the questions. Then they divided us to a groups of ten and we would have to get up and give a memorized part about safety. Then we received a card with the situation question and you and your partner would have to answer on how you would handle it. Then another card with their core value and how it would apply in your life. Last one was a STAR question. Overall the interview was a great experience. Truly wish I could handle my nerves better, wrong time for anxiety attack :). If I could handle my nerves I'm sure outcome for me would have been different. But big props to Alex and the rest of the staff.
