The interview process was very similar to what others said. I thought we’d recite our in flight announcements in front out of group but instead they did it just one on one with the recruiters. Then we had the info sessions following a break. After our break we were broken into 3 groups of about 8-10 people and told to pick up our card on the ground before us and tell how we relate to a core value. We then did another card but worked as partners to solve a situation. That was all we had to decide if we made it to our one on one. I thankfully made it through to get a one on one. In the one on one I was one of the very first people to go. The recruiter I had was not friendly at all. No emotions and very disrespectful. I stated that I am a military spouse and I drove over 10 hours to be there for the opportunity of a lifetime. She made snide remarks of “oh you’re just going to move your family across county if you got picked and based somewhere” yes! That’s why I showed up, it was discussed with my husband prior. She just kept saying she didn’t say how it’d work even though I said I’m more than willing to move multiple times. Then one of my questions I answered she said I didn’t understand the question when I did. So I gave another example and yet she still wasn’t understanding or to her I wasn’t understanding. Everyone I asked after it happened understood my answer so my guess is she is just simple minded. The disrespect she showed me in her remarks about being a military spouse and me even being there were an utter shock. I know as a spouse often employers prefer not to hire us due to moving so often but they never actually said it like this lady did. Very unprofessional especially to someone who showed and told numerous times they wanted to be there and this job. A few ladies I met did get their CJO so I’m excited for them! Hopefully they have positive experiences!
