Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was actually pretty difficult where they asked me typical interview questions I'd expect in a in person interview. I was invited in for a three hour interview with multiple staff members. I initially met with HR and they basically explained benefits and the company. I met with the lab manager after that for 30 minutes. Then two research associates in the lab for 30 minutes. Then three other RAs after that for 30 minutes. Then I met with the head of research for a final interview.

Initial screen, then 30 min with hiring manager and then a 45 min research talk with 5 hours of panel interviews. After all that, whole team including HR ghosted me even after I asked for updates several times. Super disrespectful, don’t be surprised if this happens to you too
