One of the worst interview processes I've ever been through. From first phone screen, took over two months. I attended 8 hours of interview in total, met with 10 people, 2 HR and 8 team. Time between phone screen and interview was relatively short. However, two week after the interview, they emailed me to request references. Two weeks after this, they asked me to attend a final interview, and took a week or two to schedule this. Two weeks after the final interview, they went with another candidate. I asked for updates multiple times throughout this process, I can imagine I would've been strung along for another month had I not done so. This was all for an ENTRY position. I do not suggest applying here, their hiring methods are a waste of time and compensation is surely not worth it.

Initial screen, then 30 min with hiring manager and then a 45 min research talk with 5 hours of panel interviews. After all that, whole team including HR ghosted me even after I asked for updates several times. Super disrespectful, don’t be surprised if this happens to you too
