3 step process First step HR manager asks you about yourself if they like you they'll invite you for a one on one interview with one of their hiring managers. Next round you job shadow and spend a full 8 hrs with one of the account managers to see what they do. If the Manager likes you he/she will invite you to do a final interview with them and offer you a job.
