Had a phone conversation with a clearly junior, inexperienced and unprofessional recruiter. Came in a few days later to interview with two senior folks on the team, both of whom seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else than interviewing me. Asked questions to purposely trip me up and that were not remotely related to the job I was interviewing for. Was told they'd move the process along quickly, and still haven't heard anything back (even after reaching out to said recruiter).
