Was referred by a friend that works for the company. I had a phone interview with HR (very brief). I then had an interview by phone with the regional sales manager. She then asked me to fly down to interview (I was not living in the state and had to pay for the trip myself.. note: they do not pay for relocation). I then had an interview with the branch manager and regional sales manager 2 weeks later in person. I recieved an offer a week later and they asked me how much i wanted for pay. They pay well.. but be warned. If you don't produce high numbers within 2 months, you're gone.
