I went through every stage they proposed, and everything went smoothly. In the end, they made me an offer with working hours that were not compatible with my timezone — but I still accepted. A couple of days later, they withdrew the offer, saying they hadn’t thought it through. A complete waste of time and very poorly managed by HR. I do not recommend applying to this poorly managed company.
