30 min interview with HR and 1 hour interview with the hiring manger. Both went well, they both seemed nice. However, after the 2 interviews they completely ghosted me with no response even after having sent follow up emails. I think it's incredibly disappointing when companies dont have an ounce of courtesy to respond back to applicants who took time out of their schedule to follow through with the interviews. It just goes to show how little they value people's time and ultimately reflects badly on the company's culture. Regardless, I wish the best of luck to the two people who interviewed me.
