Es gab kein Vorgespräch bezüglich des Jobs, da ich dort schon ein Praktikum gemacht hatte.
Zunächst hatte ich ein Gespräch, mit einem 45-minütigem Case (also ich hatte 45 Minuten Zeit an dem Case zu arbeiten, aber nicht live, das Gespräch wurde für die Bearbeitungszeit beendet). Danach haben sie sich auch schnell bei mir gemeldet. Generell waren die Leute sehr nett, aber bei der Vorstellung des Case haben sie nicht durchblicken lassen, ob das jetzt gut oder schlecht war.
Nachdem Gehaltsvorstellungen etc. abgeklärt waren, kam noch ein Gespräch mit HR. Ich war davor unsicher, ob es Teil des Bewerbungsprozesses war oder ob ich schon eine quasi sichere Zusage habe. Auch nach dem Gespräch weiß ich das nicht. Mir wurde am Anfang viel Glück gewünscht und dann so Fragen gestellt wie "Haben Sie schonmal aus einem Fehler gelernt?", aber es wirkte nicht so als würde das Angebot zur Debatte stehen. Direkt im Anschluss an die Fragen wurde mir das Gehaltsmodell der Allianz erklärt und die verschiedenen Vorteile der Mitarbeiter (Rabatte, Fitnessstudio etc.). Und ich hab auch direkt ein Passwort für den Vertrag bekommen, der nach der Betriebsratssitzung (im Fall einer Zustimmung meiner Einstellung) verschickt werden sollte.
Generell waren alle Gespräche sehr angenehm und die Interviewer wirklich extrem nett.

The process was at their Trivandrum campus. The whole process went smooth, they gave a brief introduction on the company operations and gave an office tour. Then the interview session began. We had only one round of interview when HR and Business were taken simultaneously.
