HR Interview with the Team Lead present as well Technical Interview with various questions regarding technologies used, applications implemented, previous experience, future plans, willingness to learn and develop other skills

Took one and a half month of time, three rounds of interview. L1- asked lots of technical questions and examples, still the interviewer was relaxed and discussed approaches. L2- More on the architectural side of programming and other technologies and types of projects that I have worked on. After L2, the position was put on hold. L3- I was interviewed by another team's manager & arch if I would be a good fit in their team, guess they had some budget constraints(which is kind of unexpected from a company of this scale). After a great L3 discussion got a mail that I am not suited for this position, which wasted a lot of time.
