I am an experienced individual with over 15 years experience in the field and they interview me for an entry level job!!!! However, the details and questions of the interview were not for an entry level position at all. And then when emailed that I was accepted and we are moving on with the process and they need to know my expected salary, they inform me it is far from what is set for the job!!!! Why did you interview me in the first place, was that not clear in my profile CV the level of experience and knowledge that I have and would bring to the job plus the interviewer's feedback??!!! Also the HR individual who emailed me from the beginning with the interview date and time always has a delay in reply and he didn't even cared to reply to me after I informed him with my expected salary and when I sent asking his senior for follow up or reply, she was the one who replied to me. Not the level you would expect when dealing with a multinational.
