Started with an initial phone screening followed by two in-person interviews, first with the director that you would report to. The second was with the VP of the department. Standard format and questions, second meeting was more for them to get to know you personally and see if you would be a good fit.

The interview process was standard — quick, easy and direct . The manager was knowledgeable and respectful. It was not a lengthy process. No major red flags. It was great.
