I had 2 rounds of interviews and then a case study. Had I moved forward, there was another executive level interview. After the case study I was told they would be moving forward with other candidates. I followed up to ask for constructive criticism and there was no response. After spending 5+ hours on the case study alone, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect from a company. It would have changed my experience from a neutral to positive.
