Time intensive. The interview required multiple hours to complete 3 different assignments. Lacked personal touches. Did not provide any feedback. I was told it was supposed to be a four-interview process. 1. Meet with the Hiring Manager. 2. Met with the SE to do a sales presentation, a 2-minute elevator pitch, and a writing assignment. 3. Culture interview. Then finally 4. Meet with two heads of sale

It is a lengthy process, but clearly they are doing a solid job of vetting candidates. I hope they're able to keep up the momentum and make it scalable for the future.
