There was a very short/abrupt phone interview process with very few details about the job followed by an in person interview that was cancelled and rescheduled several times. One of my interviewers was chewing and popping gum throughout it - felt like a bad fit from the start.

After applying, I received an email and phone call from HR for an initial phone screen, followed by an invite to provide a recorded video interview where I answered specific screening questions, then received an email from HR to schedule a a Zoom interview with the hiring manager.

It went very well and smooth. Great agency owner who paved the way for learning and excelling in sales. The job consists of a lot of telemarketing or cold calling. This can be touch to stay positive and or motivated.

Very calm setting. No insane questions were asked. Very friendly and open - wanted to know about me as a person as well as in the workplace and about my schooling and past work experiences
