      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Allstate (Roanoke, VA) nel mese di giu 2018

      Colloquio

This entire process took about 2 months from start to offer letter. Applied online, Did the testing, 9 Days later had a PHONE interview. The phone interviews seems a little fast it is pre-record it so you have one it’s time to state your answer and that’s it they don’t let you re-record so be careful what you say. Another week later had an in person interview. (That interview was with two individuals). The interview was interesting to say the least. This interview was more of a behavior interview (role-play scenario) I was in interview room “2” the middle interview room and could tell the same people Who was interviewing me was also interviewing Two other candidates beside me in each room. So they come in they tell you about the position. From there they go over your resume. Then they State that this is a two-part interview. The first part are asking basic questions about your employment history and pretty much if you’re going to be a good fit for the company. Then you move onto the second part (behavioral part) of the interview where they give you a Scenario. The let you read that for about 5 to 10 minutes don’t leave the room and while they’ve left the room they’re interviewing the other two rooms doing the same. Pretty much they’re interviewing three people at one time. Which if there is a Nother candidate that is wild and laughing it distracts you greatly. About 10 minutes later after you’ve read the scenario they’ll come in and ask you questions about what you just read and then they’ll do it again and leave another worksheet for you to work and then they’ll come in the final time so you’ll have two different scenarios of behave real question is you’ll have to answer.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

Tell about a time when you where pressed for time and had to make a deadline. Scenario one worksheet was about a customer thought you were rude when you were transferring a call. So when they came back the question they asked was how would you change the situation. Scenario to was about graphs. So pay attention to call time, waittime, and calls per minute. The question they asked pretty much I wanted to make sure you understood with the graphs met.
