I applied online and the same day I received an email to complete a montage phone interview. A few days later I received a call to set up my interview. I was interviewed by two people, one asked all of the questions while the other just took notes. They first asked me to tell them a little about myself and then there was only three questions for the interview. I am pretty sure they are not going to offer me the position.
