You submit an application online, or in person at the call center. You are called in for your first interview which is one on one. You are asked basic questions to find out about your availability and if you have an objections to the way the company works. If you are chosen to continue you are submitted into a second interview with a second person. They ask questions that are related to the position.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
