The interview process went smoothly with two visits to the HR department of Alorica. The first interview was conducted with a few simple questions then an assessment that is taken on the computers at Alorica. if you do well on the assessment they will speak to you again in a more lengthy interview to determine if you should come back for a second and final interview. After my second interview I spoke with HR again and they offered me a position with the company and had me go to the computer to do my new hire paperwork and then they took my picture for my badge.
