First round is video interview. It consists of several simple questions such as what do you think AlphaSights do? What is your first Job? Easy questions which can be prepared in advance. Then comes the second round: face-to-face interview. The manager spent long time asking you quite a lot of behavioral questions.

Smooth process, first phone calls then zoom interview everyone was very nice and explained 1 person and then 2 people next round was very easy and comfortable would reccomend applying and seeing how you feel

30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
