Applied three different locations ( London, Hong Kong and Shanghai) but only got one reply from Shanghai to take a test and a video assessment, all the questions they asked can be found in glassdoor, and you have 15s to prepare your questions and 60s to answer. You can't adjust the time of recording, it will be 60s anyway, so speaking more to fill in the gap might be better than leaving it blank...

I applied in July 2016, and got a email for online Video Assessment one day after. After the Video Assessment, I did not hear back from the company. The Video Assessment is kinda of hard. You will have only 10s to 15s to answer questions that sometimes are not really relevant to the job.
