My interview experience was fine: one video interview where the interviewer focused a lot on me as a person, why I have made certain decisions, etc. I felt like the questions were well designed to understand me as an individual. So kudos to AlphaSights for this effort.
After the interview, I stopped hearing from the recruiter, even though I was told I would hear back with feedback or next steps. A month later, I was approached again about a different position, without any acknowledgement that I had not been chosen to move on in the previous role I applied for. So basically, if you are not a fit, you are not worth even a rejection email.

Domanda 1
Resume questions at first. The bulk of the interview was questions about myself, my personality, how I describe myself, etc.
The first round is just a basic HR screening, but it felt more like an interrogation than an interview. I was asked lots of very standard interview questions, it wasn't very difficult, just stressful.

Recruiter was friendly but stern. She expected you to lead the conversation based on her questions. Questions were very difficult. I was given a lot of information beforehand and had to study it and was expected to be able to know and apply all of the information for the interview.

Can you names the steps of our interview process and explain the details involved in each step?
Not from an interview, rather an initial call I had with a recruiter after I applied. My recruiter was extremely rude. The beginning of the call went well and I was asked questions relevant to the job. Seconds later, I was asked extremely personal questions about my work history. I was also asked a lot of invasive "why" questions. I was left pretty uncomfortable given the fact that I had just met this recruiter and I do not owe them explanations or trust. To be honest it was a lot of mental checkers rather than a genuine "get-to-know you" conversation.
