The first step of the application is Resume+Online Assessment. Online assessment is quite straightforward. You will have a chance to familiarize yourself with talking to your laptop camera by doing the example question provided by AlphaSights. There are usually 4-6 questions and you have 60 seconds for each of them. You can jump to the next one if finish early.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
