Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso AlphaSights (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di mar 2020
Colloquio
I was invited to interview about two weeks after applying for the role, the first stage was with a member of the recruitment team in the US instead of an existing member of the team in London. We had a fairly good chat for about 30 minutes but didn't cover anything in much detail.
A few days later I was notified I was unsuccessful but they would be unable to provide specific feedback due to the number of people who interviewed at this stage. I have yet to receive a more generic rejection email from an organisation I've actually interviewed at and hope that they reconsider how they notify people.
In a way I'm not overly surprised there was no specific feedback as the junior recruiter I spoke to didn't ask me any detailed questions.

Colloquio
The first round is just a basic HR screening, but it felt more like an interrogation than an interview. I was asked lots of very standard interview questions, it wasn't very difficult, just stressful.

Recruiter was friendly but stern. She expected you to lead the conversation based on her questions. Questions were very difficult. I was given a lot of information beforehand and had to study it and was expected to be able to know and apply all of the information for the interview.

Domanda 1
Can you names the steps of our interview process and explain the details involved in each step?
Not from an interview, rather an initial call I had with a recruiter after I applied. My recruiter was extremely rude. The beginning of the call went well and I was asked questions relevant to the job. Seconds later, I was asked extremely personal questions about my work history. I was also asked a lot of invasive "why" questions. I was left pretty uncomfortable given the fact that I had just met this recruiter and I do not owe them explanations or trust. To be honest it was a lot of mental checkers rather than a genuine "get-to-know you" conversation.
