- The case interview is a little bit hard, but the interviewer nicely guided me. It is not the typical case of consulting case. It is more about how Alpha Associates find experts and contact them.
Round 3 with VP: Behavioral Interview (1 hour)

Why do you choose Alpha Sights? Why should we choose you? How do usually your teammates critique you?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
