The first interview involves basic questions that allow the interviewer to get to know you, while the second is 2 hours and involves role playing and more situational questions. The third is an overall reflection/deeper dive into your skills with someone in a leadership role at the company.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
