The first round was a very positive experience. It was more like a conversation. The second round was more demanding. It consisted of a case study and situational questions. Still, it was very well-thought-out and gave me an idea of what my role would be. They emailed me materials beforehand that really helped me prepare for it. The third round was a disaster. The interviewer didn’t pay attention to the interview, was doing multiple things at a time, kept muting themselves to talk to someone else, and walking around the room with the laptop. It was unprofessional, distracting, and discouraging. The person had no idea about what the previous rounds looked like and it was their first time seeing my interview.
