I was invited for a very short (15 min) screening interview, and then invited back for a case study and behavioral interview a week later. The case study was 45 minutes, I was asked about how I would handle a customer wanting to work with someone who created compliance issues.

Friendly interviewer, walked through my CV and asked questions then asked behavioural questions, asked what I knew about the role and the company, and then a slightly unexpected practical question identifying compliance risks which was unexpected for a first round interview!

Pretty straightforward, there are multiple interviews and a case study as well. Details basic knowledge and experience; resume and personal questions, too. Second interview was probably the longest. Last round was with upper management.

They asked me about my background, how il aligns with the role, what do I know about AlphaSIghts and why I'm interested in working there.
