I applied via their website. I got called in for an interview about 2 weeks later. The interview was with the Store Manager and very conversational. Questions are relevant to your job experience and what you can bring to the company. I got a second interview with the District Manager. It was a thorough interview. It involved both descriptive questions and challenging questions. Challenging questions that are there to see if you are the right fit. I appreciated their questions as it helped me see if I was the right fit as well. I did my research beforehand so it made answering the questions a lot easier. I suggest you do your research. About a week and a half later I got a job offer.
