      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Alteryx (San Mateo, CA) nel mese di mar 2016

      Colloquio

Started with recruiter phone screen, then in person with Sr. VP of Marketing & VP of Demand Gen. After that was asked back to interview with the team I would be leading and the VP of Partner Marketing. Because of schedules, those meetings were spread out over a few days, some in person, some video. The recruiter stayed in touch throughout the entire process and kept it moving forward. I heard from her after each step of the way. The phone went quiet for a few days and I figured they were going to pass as they had been in constant touch until my last interview. Within a week I received a very nice e-mail from the recruiter saying they would be extending an interview to another candidate. She gave me feedback that it was a "close race". Always hard to know in those situations. Ultimately I really enjoyed learning about the company, how their marketing team operated, and how events figured into the mix. I walked away with a very positive feeling about the company and how I was treated throughout the process. Seemed like a pleasant work environment with strong top management.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

      Q. Describe a situation that didn't turn out the way you expected and what you learned from it Q. What would your 90 day ramp plan be? Q. Have you ever had to release an employee and how did you go about it? Q. Describe your management style Q. Talk me through your background Q. How do you communicate with team members? Q. How do you manage remote employees? Q. How do you manage requests from the field for events? -- This was a biggie, everyone asked me this.
