Just a few days after I applied on line, a member of the Talent Acquisition team reached out to me to schedule the first phone call. I had a positive experience throughout the process, which was well structured and clearly explained. The process was made up of the following steps:
- 30-minute discussion on my past experience, background and interest in the role a was applying for
- 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager
- 2 face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager and an HR representative, and a meeting with a peer from the team at the London office
- 15-minute remote product demo
- 30-minute call with the EMEA Vice President
I received prompt and detailed answers throughout the process and I particularly appreciated that the positive feedback leading to the job offer was given to me a just few hours after the process was completed. Also, I always felt it was a two-way conversation, rather than an interrogation, so that both sides could really understand if there was a match between my profile/aspirations and the requirement for the role.

Good screening by recruiter. 2 Manager interviews which were an hour each followed by a 90 mins panel presentations infant of 3 managers, then followed by a senior exec conversation

Interview with HR Friendly and professional ( was referred ) Interview with a new female sales manager ( not friendly and eager to cut the interview earlier while she took the zoom already late )… Pretty arrogant in her questions and no real Empathy or listening skills whatsoever .
