I was strung along for 3 months interviewing for an opportunity. After 6 interviews including an onsite interview, I was sent a generic "We went with another candidate". Organization did not have the decency to contact me and let me know on the phone, after devoting multiple conversations with them. The organization also was not truthful about the "final round" of interviews (they added additional rounds) and that they have not been doing well as a company. They mentioned later in the process that they just did layoffs. Including that the HR role probably does not have a future if this sales team doesn't perform! If you want something stable, I would stay far away from this place! No amount of Open PTO would have kept me there! I found another job in the time it took for them to follow up with me!
