After submitted my application, I was asked to submit a 5 minute video describing my experience and why I would be good for the position. I should have seen this as a red flag as it seems a very lazy way to go through the process. Following this, I was ignored. I followed up and I was assured that the videos would be reviewed in the next 2 days and I would hear back. I was completely ignored again. Any company that treats applicants like this should be avoided at all costs. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
