Interview series through recruitment firm and interview panels through Skype and recruitment firm had done the background checks. I have been sincere and list out with the HK interviewer what, when, where, who and how I would add value with the breadth and depth of my skills and knowledge of the market, decision makers being the "perfect fit for this role" as endorsed by clients, but had not been offered this role due to "top management has not decided due to uncertainties" and when I persisted what I can controlled of I had been "advised there are gaps that are not concrete enough" for the hiring decision to be made.
