Overall they gave a chance for you to describe the narrative and describe aspects of your career you want to highlight. There was an associated exam to test skills finance skills as well.

Long Interview process. ~4 months total, however completely engaging. Spoke to a variety of individuals ranging from Mangers up to MD's. 2 technical interviews, 4 behavioral. Great process, definitely weeds out the correct candidates.
