In total, including initial 1 hour HR conversation there were 7 1 hour interviews. However, after the HR call, and a call with the line manager, there is then a 1 or 2 day period where you’re expected to complete 5 x 1hr interviews back to back. I requested this over two days which was allowed. Truly extensive and a pressured environment with different interviewers coming at different angles.

Look at the interview frameworks that exist on the internet that are pretty accurate, Always have stories of how you owned a project end to end, positive outcomes, why you chose that etc - always be aligned to the Amazon principles, which are a very real thing internally.

The interview process began with a standard 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background and salary expectations. Following that, I had a 45-minute panel video interview with the hiring manager and two team members, which focused heavily on behavioral questions and past campaign metrics. The final step was a short take-home assignment to evaluate my strategic thinking.
