Typical AWS interview process with phone screen and a loop interview. The recruiter was a delight to work with. From the initial phone screen to the loop interview, every step was well-coordinated and conducted with professionalism. Only issue with the entire thing I felt was that the profile could have been discussed earlier for opportunity fitment. Being a non-mainframe guy, I was always the easy one to dispose.
