Colloquio
The interview process can be a challenging, multi-step journey designed to assess both technical skills and cultural fit. It typically begins with a phone or video screening, followed by one or more in-person or virtual interviews that may include technical challenges, problem-solving tasks, and behavioral questions. Candidates often face situational scenarios to determine their approach to teamwork and stress, making it a rigorous evaluation meant to push you out of your comfort zone. The experience requires thorough preparation and the ability to think critically under pressure, which is why many find it incredibly hard, yet ultimately rewarding when it leads to professional growth.
