I was told it would be a 3-stage process: 1. Interview with Amber Labs consultant 2. Interview with someone from a large consultancy overseeing the hiring and onboarding process 3. Interview with end client (central government) I got a call to say I had passed the interview with Amber Labs (November). However after a week or so there was no communication regarding the second interview. At each chase-up call that I made, I was told that it was near Christmas so availability of people was limited. Christmas came and went. I made three calls in January and was fobbed off with the same excuse. It is now the middle of February, so totally ghosted. Extremely unprofessional company - keep clear.
