First you fill out a questionnaire online & upload your resume. Next step is the online video. I used this app to prepare for the questions. I was invited to a f2f. When you get there they play an icebreaker game called who's who. It's really a different experience: all the recruiters are taking notes the entire time. We were then called out in groups for a group interview where each of us were asked 1)what inspired us to apply to be a flight attendant. 2) tell about an experience where you felt you did a really good job. And the last questions was random. Everybody's was different. (Examples include your last social media post, last random act of kindness you received, a company you think had great customer service, etc.) I had a short one on one interview on my way out. I didn't get the job and I'm not sure why. I thought it went well. But good luck to everybody !!

Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
