before i started the webcam interview i had to answer some simple questions before i could start the 2nd part of the webcam video interview. the online interview was pretty cool i was a little nervous but the questions were pretty simple basic question that any job would ask; (gonna try to remember some of the questions)
1: why do you want to work for american airlines?
2: tell us about the company.
3: why do u want to be a flight attendant?
4: tell me a time when u had a difficult time with a co worker and how did u handle it?
5: tell me your customer service experience.
questions like that :)
AND REMEMBER ALWAYS SMILE :) because that can depend on u making or breaking it!

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!

Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.

3. In person interview - a lot of ppl with eyes on you. Dress professionally.
4. 6 week training -very hard, but be a good study/test taker
