I applied online and within a week I got a call for an over the phone interview. At the end of the phone interview they set up a F2F that was available two weeks later. Interview was the same as described by everyone else... Went to a room with 30+ people, mostly middle aged. There was supposed to be a presentation before they did interviews but the projector wasn't working so they went ahead and started bringing around 5 people back at a time- average interview, not very personal. They said to everyone they would call in 10-12 days if they wanted to offer the job to you so fingers crossed that I get a call back! It's been about four days..
