The interview process was pretty easy for me. This was my 3rd time applying with AA and I got my CJO. The Video Interview was with about 30 other candidates and they asked us an ice breaker question and one interview question. I waited almost 3 weeks after to be invited to my F2F. At the F2F they were very welcoming and I think that played a huge role. I was not nervous in my interview, I was actually able to speak very clearly and get my point across. I think this is because I knew I would get the CJO and I went into it feeling like the job was mine! I also prayed a lot so there’s that. Just go and be yourself, have fun, interact, and ask questions!

Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
