It was an invitation to answer 60 questions about personality: most of them were how would you react with others working together, how do you think is the most important to succeed in a job, ecc. Apart that, other five questions about how would you act during hypothetical situations with passengers in a flight. After three days, I received an invitation to record a video interview, answering five questions. They gave me five days to complete this step. Now, I'm waiting for a response.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
