Group interview, 1 question. Easiest thing to pass, people were messing up, super relaxed, busy background, regular clothes and was invited to the in person interview. Lol of course you should dress professionally though but just an honorable mention. The in person was blah, the best part was the people in the process with you. It’s only like 8 fa’s and I feel like they are just fake. Not down to earth like how I imagined them to be. It gives clique. The first part of the interview is a written assignment where you are rating how you would handle a situation, simple enough. Then you are in groups, doing group activities which were relaxing and simple enough. Then you are asked two questions individually while at the table with your group. I think they were simple enough as well. People were not speaking the best, rambling, not answering the questions and were still given cjo’s. So just be yourself, they either like you or they don’t. Stay professional. Smile. Engage with others. Kiss up to the Fa’s for extra razzle dazzle. If you are black your chances are slim, it was only 3 out of a group of 30. No fa was black either. You get called out in zones, early too. If you are not fingerprinting or staying the whole time stated you will not get it.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
