I was invited to participate in the initial video interview. I truly thought I had bombed the interview. I wear glasses and couldn't find a good spot where the glasses did not reflect back the screen, and I was really much more nervous than I thought I would be. I had great answers and thought I had prepared well but while it was happening, with the clock ticking and knowing that there was no way to regroup or reset, it was a bit unnerving. Imagine my surprise when they contacted me for a face to face interview assessment! I of course accepted and will be seeing my new family in early December!
