I applied online. Was immediately directed to some online aptitude testing. Next was a link to do a video interview. The video interview entailed answering questions posed to me. I needed to use my webcam and do it at my convenience. In retrospect, I probably could have had better lighting and, perhaps, a microphone. Waiting now to hear about the next step, which should be an in-person interview.
