Applied online and then did phone interview followed by 1:1 interview where they asked questions in a STAR method which is very important. They want to know specific situations and how you handled them. Amex is all about customer service, they want their members to feel like the best!

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.
