Interview process is extremely inconsistent. And there's no way to get feedback on why you don't make the cut. First, they have you apply, then they have you do an assessment. After the assessment comes a digital interview. It was a frustrating process for me. I've applied numerous times but nothing. And again, I cannot get the necessary feedback to understand where I'm not meeting the mark for them.

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
